Did You Know?

Ethiopian food primarily consists of injera, a large thin rubbery pancake with various vegetable pastes and meat (sometime raw) that you dip into and eat with your hands. In many cases, a combined platter is served and the men feed the women by hand, and vice-verse. Brian spent 17 days in Ethiopia, and never saw and used utensils once.
