Working with First Nations
EBA has worked with First Nations for many years. We have worked with First Nations under the requirements of the First Nations Land Management Act and the Indian Act, facilitated work required to continue in the Treaty Process, and developed several economic development programs.

One of the critical elements to the success of the First Nation and the community is partnerships. EBA has mediated agreements between municipalities and First Nations, conducted consultation programs to ensure that the First Nation members understand process, and written and delivered courses on land management for First Nations through INAC and the Banff Centre (School of Aboriginal Leadership).
